T Randolph Lombardo, MD

Dr. "Randy" Lombardo and his wife, Sally, live in Beaumont with their five children. He is a devoted husband and father who enjoys traveling with his family and coaching his children's soccer and basketball teams. In addition, he is an avid runner who has participated in several marathons. He is the son of Thomas A. Lombardo and joined his fathers’ practice in 1987.

Jorge A Hernandez, MD

Dr. Jorge Hernandez came to ACS in 2007. He moved to Southeast Texas from Fort Smith, Arkansas where he practiced at the Sparks Regional Medical Center for 6 years. While at Sparks he served as Chief of Cardiology Section as well as the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

Jorge and his wife, Karen Dailey, are the proud parents of a baby girl born August 2007. Karen is a physician as well, but has chosen to take time off to enjoy their daughter. They made the decision to move to this area to be closer to family. Dr. Hernandez's hobbies include reading philosophy and modern Latin-American literature, traveling, playing soccer, snorkeling and scuba diving.

Thomas E. Hong, M.D

Dr. Hong was born and raised in San Mateo, California. He first came to Houston to attend Rice University, earning a B.A. in Biology. Dr. Hong then graduated from medical school and completed his internship and residency, all at Baylor College of Medicine. He went on to complete fellowships in Cardiovascular Diseases and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Chicago Hospitals before returning to Houston to join a local cardiovascular associates group.

Allen McGrew, D.O.

Dr. McGrew received his medical degree in 2009 from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, Ohio. He completed his internal medicine residency and was Chief Resident in 2012 and completed Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship and was Chief Fellow in 2015 at Grandview Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio. Dr. McGrew completed his subspecialty fellowship in Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular Medicine in 2016 at Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Brown Mills, New Jersey. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology and board-qualified in Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular Medicine.
